This is Nike’s superior Dri-Fit ADV version of the jersey, as worn by the players. It features a slim fitting design, ventilated material to aid temperature control, plastic crest & manufacturer logo on the chest, ‘Dri-Fit ADV’ motif near the lower rear hem and gold ‘Authentic’ label near the lower front hem.

On 10 March 2023, Spanish prosecutors said they had filed a complaint against Barcelona and two of the La Liga club's ex-presidents over alleged payments to a company owned by a senior refereeing official to influence match results 

On 23 March 2023, UEFA said it had opened an investigation into the club for a potential violation of the European soccer governing body's legal framework regarding payments made by the club to a company owned by a senior refereeing official.

Four months later, UEFA announced that it temporarily accepted the club's participation in UEFA competitions, reserving the possibility of taking future measures depending on the evolution of the case, which came to be known as the Negreira case. UEFA obligated FC Barcelona to keep informed of the progress of the ongoing investigations proactively and to provide all the documents and information they request.
